Trained in Italy, refined in star restaurants in Italy, France and Belgium — including a two-Michelin-star house. Since 2018 Ervin has brought Mediterranean cuisine to Ratingen and passes on his craft in his cooking courses.

What's included in the price?
The price includes ingredients, the menu, cooking together and all drinks: alcoholic, non-alcoholic and hot drinks like coffee or espresso. You take the recipes home with you.
When do the courses start and how long do they last?
Our cooking courses generally start at 6:00 pm and last about 3.5 hours. For closed groups an earlier or later start is possible by arrangement. After the course you're welcome to stay in the venue.
How large are the groups?
Our cooking courses run from 8 people and, depending on the format and location, up to 50 people. In our own cooking school we cook with up to about 20 people. For larger corporate events we work with two partner venues in Ratingen.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Our courses are suitable for beginners and advanced cooks alike. Ervin guides you step by step.
Can you cater for allergies or vegetarian preferences?
Yes. Let us know when booking and we'll adapt the menu as best we can.
Can I give a course as a gift?
Of course. We offer gift cards for every occasion, redeemable for all open courses. Valid for two years from the date of issue.
How can I cancel?
Free cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the date, and you'll get a full refund. For cancellations less than 2 weeks before the date we refund 50% of the price. Just get in touch with us.
